1925 Star Model F Touring

My 1925 Star Model F Touring car has been in the family since 1959 when my father and uncle drug it out an abandoned mining camp. There was an article about the car in the Durant Partner a couple years ago. Here are a couple of shots of it the week before it was taken home.

My uncle had a friend that remembered seeing some old car at an abandoned mine when he was in the California Conservation Corps in 1933. He and my uncle went to see if they could find them. During the week between the time they relocated them and the time they drug it out, some one had followed their tracks and taken the radiators from all the cars up there. It took my Dad 6 years to find the correct radiator. Chuck
